Telephone number and call answering by the operator
By purchasing the service, you are provided with a separate number for voice calls and a separate number for faxes. Our professionally trained operators answer the telephone on your behalf and according to your instructions. As desired, a call may be forwarded to a fixed/mobile line or the operator can take a message from the caller and send the recorded conversation to your e-mail. The package is not inclusive of telephone costs charged according to HT’s applicable rates.
Serviced postbox and mail processing
We receive your mail, which you can collect at our location every day. If you prefer it, we can forward your mail via courier to another address and if you want to be fully mobile, use our mail scanning and forwarding to e-mail service.*
Dedicated fax number and fax-to-email
With a separate fax number included in all packages, all incoming faxes are automatically forwarded to e-mail, so the client receives the fax at the same time it arrived.
Internet domain and e-mail address registration
As desired by the client, we can register an internet domain and the desired number of e-mail addresses in cooperation with Croadria.**
